If you've done any type of automation at all, chances are that you have stumbled across most of the mentions/resources of this book. It's more of a summary than a blueprint. The summary being: you can pay someone else to do it for you — cheap.The content itself leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted more of an actual blueprint of how to make systems interact with each other so that full automation can be reached.
I got the sense that this was more of an introduction to cross-sell you the author's consulting services which are pitched at the end.

Not for newbies in my opinion. I believe if you want to get started in real estate find you a good mentor.However... Brittney Calloway would Excellent Mentor.
I couldn't stop reading this very informative book. It gives precise steps on how to find, train and employ your REI VA's. I am awaiting then next one!! A must read.

I bought this book several months ago and I was amazed at how straight and to the point this book is. Brittney lays out step by step from beginning to end what you should do in order to automate your REI business. I implemented the tools, resources, and strategies as I read them and I am having good results with my virtual assistant. I work two jobs 6 days a week 13hrs a day so doing all the cold calling, emailing, social media, and negotiating was overwhelming. I needed a virtual assistant to help me with every aspect of my business. After hiring my virtual assistant, I noticed an increase in production with my business which ultimately lead to me closing my first wholesale deal and making $10K all from applying what I learned in this book. I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about taking their real estate business to the next level.
